Your child is going to love these 50+ cute craft ideas for girls! These unique, girl themed projects are perfect for children ages 6 – 12.

I will admit that when it comes to being a girl, I didn’t exactly fit the mold as a child. I’m sure many of you fellow tomboys can relate! I mean who can put any of us in a mold, really. I just happened to not really enjoy princess stuff or Barbies.
I enjoyed whatever toys my brothers played with, because I had four of them (brothers, not toys). Honestly I can’t blame my parents, because in a family with five kids, it’s just easier to buy for everyone and throw it to the wolves!
One thing I have loved since was a little girl, and obviously love still, is crafting. I still have salt dough button art I made when I was 2. The history is long with this one!
To celebrate all the little girls who love crafting as I did, I’ve put together a list of cute crafts for girls that I think your kids are going to have a great time doing! If your children love easy craft ideas, you’ll want to check out these projects.
The tutorials below are some of my favorites, and cover a wide variety of skill levels of crafter. I feel these are appropriate for ages 6-12, though lots of them are fun for anyone (including adults!).
Choose based on what you feel is best for your child’s age and skill level. No matter what it is, you’ll find something fun, I promise.
Are you ready to get started? Grab the craft supplies, pick a few ideas below, and give them a try! Then let me know what you think in the comments.
