I’ll be honest, I don’t have that many mirrors in my house. I don’t have anything against mirrors, I just rely on the ones in the bathroom when I need to “check something.” To see if my hair looks crazy or there are additional wrinkles, things like that.
When you’re approaching your late 40s, there’s always something new to look at. For better or (a lot of times) worse!
So yes, I’ve underappreciated mirrors in my home for many years. Having said that, recently I decided I need one for my guest bedroom. My niece is going to start staying some nights with me, and I figure a 10 year old probably wants to look at herself.
Or any other guest who comes. They should be able to “check something” in a mirror in the privacy of their own quarters. But it can’t just be any mirror! I want to make something.
