This wedding card collage is so easy to make. Don’t keep those beautiful cards in a box – make a unique piece of wall art that you can display!
Skills Required: None. Even if you’ve never Mod Podged canvas before, this is an easy project to make. You’ll be decoupaging thicker cards to canvas so no need to worry about wrinkles.
You get married. You get a lot of cards. And what do you do? Stick them in a box, never to be seen again, until the day you force your hubs to re-live the memories with you.
This canvas art idea from Valerie is great because the cards stick around all year. All you need is a punch, Mod Podge and a canvas. And wouldn’t it be fun for birthday or other milestone cards as well?

Wedding Card Collage
Learn how to make a wall collage using your wedding cards! Perfect for commemorating that special day.
Materials
- Large canvas - 16" x 20"
- Mod Podge
- Acrylic paint (optional)
Tools
- Decorative punch - 2"
- Paintbrush
Instructions
- Prepare the canvas if desired using acrylic paint - you can also leave the canvas white. Let dry.
- Punch out shapes from the cards. For a 2" punch, you'll want 80 circles (8" x 10").
- Place Mod Podge on the back of the circles and then down on the canvas. Start at the top left and place the circles down. Continue moving across the canvas adding cards and Mod Podge until it's covered. Let dry.
- Apply two more coats of Mod Podge on top, letting dry 20 minutes between coats.
- Let dry completely before hanging on the wall.
Notes
Select a canvas to fit the number of cards you have - if you use a 1" or 2" punch, it won't matter what size your canvas is as long as the measurements are even in terms of inches (16" vs. 16.25" for example).
