  1. Does this stuff dry? Could you use it as a building block to add texture to an art journal page and have it dry and stick to the paper/canvas?

    1. It will dry eventually if left out long enough. And that is a good question – I’m not sure! It’s something you could experiment with. Maybe make a teeny amount and leave it out on a piece of paper and see what happens?

The recipe itself looks easy, but it seems like an expensive way to use ModPoge, which usually goes a very long way due to painting it on surfaces. Can regular, white glue be used instead?

Looks like a very good tutorial for those who want to make slime, but I personally just don’t care for the aesthetic feeling of it on my hands and the potential it has to stick to certain surfaces, so I’m not as wholeheartedly thrilled about this project as others might be.

  28. This did not work for me at all😔 I spent more time than I’d like to admit trying to fix it but it never started sticking together.

  29. Wow,this was so…. BAD i have mixing it for legit 30 minutes but NO RESULT. I am so irritated right now, my mom is sick i just wanted a stress reliever and i used up the last of the supplies i am so disappointed.

  30. This does not work. I made glue soup and wasted my household items. Disappointed little girl at my house today.

  31. If I was using this for a fake cocktail for display what would I have to put on top of it to seal it?

    1. Hi Sharon! I’m not sure how that would work so I’m not sure how to answer your question! I don’t think you would need to seal it.

  32. It also did not work for me but I added lots of flour and it is still kind of fun for my toddler🤷🏻‍♀️ Bummed that I used all my mod podge though

  33. Used up all our mod podge and it doesn’t work at all. We used purex + oxi. Not sure what they used to make it work but maybe should be specified, this brand of detergent does not work. It foamed up pretty cool but stayed liquid.
