Instructions
Scan in and print out the images you want to use on the blocks. The blocks that I used are 1.5" cube, so I shrunk my photos down to 1.25".
Use Rit Dye to dye your blocks, or use acrylic paint to paint them. Let dry.
Using scissors, cut our the images.
Mod Podge them onto the four sides of the blocks. Let dry. Apply three coats of Mod Podge to seal, allowing the blocks to dry well in between coats.
Fold the ribbon in half, and tie a knot at the top of the ribbon. This is how the ornament will hang from your tree.
Take the loose ends of the ribbon and string all three blocks onto it. Tie a knot between each block if you choose.
Tie a knot at the bottom of the ribbon to hold the blocks on.
Take lengths of ribbon and tie to the loop end of the ribbon to decorate it.
Notes
You'll use four photos per block and three blocks per ornament, for a total of 12 pictures per ornament.
