Yield: 1 strand

- Mod Podge Matte or Gloss
- 24 White ping pong balls
- 1 strand white Christmas lights 24 bulbs
- Glitter white, large flake
Start by taking the X-Acto knife and making a small hole in each ping pong ball. Smaller is better, as the ball will need to fit snugly over the lights later.
Give each ball a generous coating of Mod Podge.
Cover each ball in glitter and then allow to dry completely. I usually do one side, let dry, and do the other.
Slip the balls over the lights and enjoy the sparkly snowball effect.
Be very careful while cutting the ping pong balls! Wear a leather glove to hold the ball if necessary.
For sprinkling glitter: use large plastic tweezers like you see in the image (you can find them in a craft section). Another thing I do is put "my balls" on a wooden skewer to paint, then I stick that into a block of floral foam to dry. It's so handy.
