DIY Leaf Bowl

Make a cool Mod Podge leaf bowl using dollar store autumn leaves!

  • Large balloon or large bowl
  • Small bowl
  • Plastic wrap and rubber bands (optional)

  • Blow up the balloon and place tied-side-down in a bowl or cup so that the balloon stands up. Another alternative is that you can cover a large bowl in layers of plastic wrap.
    Leaves, balloon, bowl, Mod Podge Stiffy, and a paintbrush
  • Pour Mod Podge or Stiffy into a small bowl and dip a large fake leaf into the mixture and use the paint brush to coat completely on both sides.
  • Place the coated leaf on the balloon and use the brush to flatten it on the balloon. Repeat with additional leaves, layering them on top of each other until the entire bottom of the balloon is covered with leaves. Set aside to completely dry overnight.

  • Gently pop the balloon. Carefully peel off the leaves. Shape the bowl slightly with your hands and let .
