I’ve been to the grocery store twice in the past two weeks, and both times they had different STAR WARS balloons. Either someone at the Publix is a Star Wars fan, or they know I am and put the balloons there as a welcoming beacon because they know I don’t exactly love grocery shopping and they wanted to cheer me up.
I’d like to think it’s the latter. But either way, it reminded me that I hadn’t posted a good Star Wars craft in awhile.
Coincidentally, I received a message from fellow blogger Mandy letting me know that she had completed these shoes recently using Fabric Mod Podge and her brother’s old sheets:
Aren’t they fantastic?! I mean, I could go on and on, but the shoes pretty much speak for themselves. If you have any old Star Wars sheets or fabric you want to do something with, this is your project.
I think I’m going to hunt something down on eBay that I can decoupage to some white slip ons . . . whee! Get the whole tutorial from Mandy below.
