I typically don’t do New Year’s resolutions, but I have something that is important to me this year. I really want to have GOOD MORNINGS. I have always had a hard time waking up, and sometimes I skip breakfast (not good, I know). This is a goal I’ve had for quite awhile, and in 2014 I intend to make it a priority. I’ve had enough mornings looking and feeling like Roxie does in the picture above – maybe we both need to focus on this challenge?
As with any goal, I have to be willing to do what it takes to get there, including making some changes. That’s why Kellogg’s and I are teaming up this winter: to ensure we all get off to great starts when we need them most. Over the next few weeks, I’ll be sharing tips from Team Kellogg’s – some valuable pieces of advice that will help make it easier to get out of bed in the morning, and get the day started off right. I feel like if you get the day started off right, that sets the tone, don’t you?
The program is officially called “Tips for a Great Start with Team Kellogg’s” – and I hope you’ll read along as I feature some of the tips and let you know how they work for me. I’m going to get started with some Kellogg’s Smart Start this morning because I promised myself I’d eat breakfast every day . . . what is your favorite cereal?
Kellogg’s® believes that From Great Starts Come Great Things®. So we’re helping Moms start every day with a tip from the top athletes of Team Kellogg’s™ and Team USA dietitians.
