This past May I started a bootcamp called FitWit. This is one of the most rewarding things I have done in a long time – what started out as something very difficult slowly became an addiction for me. I started going four times a week and noticed myself getting stronger and stronger. You can see me above lifting a 60-lb kettlebell last fall. I never would have been able to do that when I started in May!
One thing I also noticed in addition to gaining strength was that I also got hungrier and hungrier before dinner. I was doing 6:15 camp, coming home and then having to make a meal. But I wanted something immediately to quench the “workout beast,” so I started eating cereal to hold me over. My favorites are Kellogg’s FiberPlus, Low Fat Granola and Mueslix. I find they keep me full for (at least) the hour or so I need to make my dinner.
And sometimes, I even have cereal for dessert. I love it!
I’d love to hear your tips for staying full after a workout or after dinner. See more of the tips from Kellogg’s here: Kelloggs.com/GreatStartsTips
