How many of you are fans of good smelling cleaning products (raising hand!)? I have found the best smelling cleaning products ever and I wanted to share with you. I use a variety of cleaning supplies, and I’m picky about what I use. I also like a nice label. Yes, I’m a sucker for good packaging. And finally, I have these two stinky beasties to keep up with:
I love natural products, but I want to make sure that they are going to clean well, especially with the dogs. There is a lot of hair and dirt from outside in here! I was asked to try a few Mrs. Meyers products, which I have bought many times before, and let you know what I think of them. The thing is, I haven’t tried but one scent, so I was excited to try a few of the others. Here’s what I got.
So for the last week, I have been trying the Lavender laundry detergent, the Geranium all-purpose cleaner and the Lemon Verbena countertop spray. If you would have asked me before trying them, I would have said that Lavender would be my favorite and Geranium my least favorite. I was completely wrong!
I actually like all of the smells, but for different reasons. The Lavender laundry detergent smells fresh and clean. The Geranium all-purpose cleaner was used on my concrete floors, and left an awesome floral scent (subtle) behind for days. The Lemon Verbena countertop spray is definitely citrus-y and perfect for the kitchen. I feel like I picked exactly the right scents for the purpose. And they all cleaned perfectly, with no harsh chemicals. For more information about Mrs. Meyer’s, check out their Facebook or Twitter!
