It feels like Barbara read my mind when she made this DIY banner – I love using blue in Valentine’s Day projects. Remember my Aqua Valentine series from last year? My goal was to do Valentine’s Day projects in non-traditional colors, so I used my favorite shade of blue. Barbara used blue too, and that’s what I love about this banner.
