Pear Tree Greetings holiday 2012 and giveaway.

Pear Tree Greetings Holiday Review

Stationery makes me happy – I’m guessing I’m not the only one who loves it! I like stationery to send . . . to receive . . . and to give as gifts. And I like my stationery to be modern and attractive, and that means I’m pleased to share Pear Tree Greetings with you. Pear Tree Greetings is the place to order personalized greeting cards, notes, stationery and more. They recently gave me a chance to try out their printed goodies and here’s what I ordered above. And I can’t wait to tell you all about it because I LOVE everything.

What is unique about Pear Tree? Their fun and modern prints, their cards that come in original shapes – and most are printed on 100 percent post consumer recycled paper. It’s really high quality paper, which is always a concern of mine with online printing.

My strategy for ordering was to buy some gifts for one of my friends as well as some thank you notes for myself. I’m a big thank-you-note-sender-outer, so I always must have notes on hand, and I was almost out. You can see what I ordered above.

  • Giddy With Gingham – I chose these cards because I absolutely loved the font as well as the gingham print on the back (I love those fun finishing touches). I personalized the front with Shannon’s family name.
  • Creative Kaleidoscope - In addition to the gingham notecards, I also got these small notelettes for Shannon with her first initial. I love anything mini and colorful; I think Shannon will too. Plus who doesn’t love their first initial?
  • Chic Chevron – I could definitely have gone with the norm and put “From the Desk of Amy Anderson,” but 1) I don’t have a desk right now and 2) I didn’t want to go with the norm! Everyone knows I love stripes, so I played on that with my thank you cards.
Have I piqued your curiosity yet?

It was SO simple to order with their easy web interface . . . and the prices are way more than reasonable. I expected this type of stationery to be more expensive, but prices can be as low as $.74 depending on the quantity. There are styles to fit every budget!

If you aren’t sure what to get and you need a little help, Pear Greetings tells us above what the card trends are this year . . . which is fun because I can apply those trends to crafting too! Anyhoo, visit this link for the top 10 Christmas cards this year. Out of those top 10 I picked my favorite three. It was hard to choose because they are all so unique and fun – here they are.

This card isn’t just a card, it’s decor! I love Modern Cheer. Actually, it makes me want to get this card with a picture of my pug to make me happy all year long (she cheers me up). This could be my favorite Christmas card ever, in the whole world, ever.

This Photo Montage card tells a story – and I’m a talker (and a writer). If you like to share what’s been going on for the year like I do, this one is for you. Did you just have a big life event? This card doesn’t need to just be for the holidays.

You can probably guess why I like Stocking Stuffers. Because it’s um, really really cute! I wish I had 10 kids so that I could have their pictures in individual stockings (maybe not?).

There’s so much more at Pear Tree Greetings – birth announcements, invitations, graduation announcements, stationery and storybooks. You really need to see it all and pick what you love!

So now that you have seen all the wonder that is Pear Tree Greetings, are you ready to win $100 worth of goodies? Enter below! And if you want to go ahead and order now, go here for $20 off a $40 order. That’s 1/2 off for some unique gifts and stationery. You’ll love it!
