I’ve seen fabric applied to lampshades (and have done it myself) but never tissue paper! If there’s anyone willing to try something new, it’s Johnnie. She’s always doing the coolest upcycled home decor items, and this time she revamped a lampshade with graphic tissue paper. It looks awesomely smooth, which means she is a Mod Podge Jedi Master and she could probably teach me a thing or two. This lamp started out red, so you’ll definitely want to see the entire transformation at her blog.
