One of my favorite things in the whole world is making Mod Podge jewelry. It’s easy, it’s quick and it makes a great gift. I spotted these silhouette pendants and knew that I had to share. I’ve been wanting to make one, but with a pug profile instead of a person. Wouldn’t that be cute?
