You would never guess that these weren’t purchased at a department store, right? Those little jangles on the front remind me of shoes at Nordstrom. I love Nordstrom shoes! But nope, they aren’t department store shoes. They were originally black budget heels, and now they are fancy schmancy. These look totally awesome. I tried something similar with cotton fabric and an old pair of flats.
