Earlier today I shared CMYK lanterns, so I wanted to continue the party theme (and the easy theme) with a rainbow garland. A garland that is made by painting paper, adding MP and glitter and then cutting it up. A garland that can be made by or with children, and brightens up any wall. And I’m done saying garland.
