Um, I have a confession. I’m a toilet paper connoisseur. I don’t like the cheap stuff, and it’s one of the few categories where brand name is important to me. I love Cottonelle, so I was pretty stoked when they sent me some TP and roll covers to try out. What do you think of the cute roll covers?

They actually have a new campaign called Respect the Roll, which makes me laugh. I work in marketing, and I appreciate good advertising. The point is to bring your TP rolls out of hiding – and display them in a fun way. I totally get it. I want the rolls out. I’ve been stranded before, calling for someone to bring me some paper. Don’t laugh – you know it’s happened to you!

I had something crafty in mind for my roll covers, so here’s what I did.

I glued buttons to the top in various colors.  Pretty simple, huh?

It looks pretty good on the loo – and my shower curtain matches this roll cover exactly.

What else can I use these roll covers for? Buttons, of course! I have a massive collection, and these are perfect for storage. Snag some roll covers and DIY them up yourself – you too can take your toilet paper out of hiding!
