It’s the big day, and my pooches wanted to be the first to tell you to have a very happy Halloween! As you can see, Roxie is a punkin and Nellie is a ladybug. And Walker? He was a mailman, but a very grumpy one who didn’t want to have his photo taken. I guess he didn’t get the memo that Halloween is our favorite holiday around here.
There has been no shortage of spooky ideas this year using Mod Podge, and I’ve got just a few more to share with you. I can’t help it – I need you to see them all! Click through to read more, and have a very happy and safe evening trick or treating.
These haunted birdhouses done as a guest post on Skip to My Lou are so pretty. They look like they were purchased at at high-end holiday store, but no – they were handmade by the ladies of Lolly Jane with simple supplies that honestly didn’t cost but a few dollars. Can you believe it?
Did you think I was done with pumpkins? No. These gorgeous Vera Bradley pumpkins were decoupaged with napkins (I had no idea there were VB napkins), and then some ribbon and skull charms were added. I LOVE the skull charms. Visit Lisa at Crafting Rebellion to learn more.
Here goes my very LAST Halloween feature of 2011. These jack o’ lantern candlesticks were made at a crafty party, which is the best kind of party to have. Lorraine of Serendipity is the master behind these. They are so happy and festive, and I can only imagine how pretty they are all lit up!
As I said before – have a great Halloween. Don’t eat too much candy!
