If you want to know the secret to my Mod Podge project heart, it’s easy – anything with blue catches my eye. I’m so predictable! The bright blue of this canvas from Sassy at The Sassy Pepper had me investigate a little further, and the I realized Sassy has a great idea for making instant wall art – Mod Podged calendar pages. According to her entry you need Girl Scout cookies to snack on in addition to Mod Podge and the basic supplies. Makes sense to me. Enjoy Sassy’s tutorial here.

Blogger who loves the color blue and sock monkeys. You can find me in public easily— I'm wearing glasses and lots of stripes.

Girl Scout cookies make everything better!
Love it, I’m all for the cookies thing too.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this idea! It looks like an expensive piece of art! I am wondering if you can mod podge felt? Have you ever tried? calvarese2 at gmail dot com
This is GREAT! I was just looking around for something to do with canvas for my son’s new ‘big boy’ room and this will be perfect! I’m a new Mod Podge user and I think I’m in love…hehe. Can’t wait to give this a try!
I just painted a canvas and cut out my sister’s favorite quote “dance like no one is watching.. etc..” on my cricut and mod podged it on. It turned out great! I love mod podge. I actually got the idea from cricut’s website. Cheap and a great present!
Modge Podge was my first introduction to crafts and I love it too. Love your blog.

I’ve framed calendars but I haven’t attached the picture to a frame, with Modge Podge. I recently did a picture saying for my dad and stepmom and still have to get a picture of it. I’m embarrassed to say that I was finishing it at the last minute and had to give it away before I could take the picture. When I go there for Father’s Day, I will get a picture of the item and them holding it.
