If you have asked yourself “I wonder what Mod Podge Amy’s style is like?” then please see above. Though I wouldn’t have every single piece of furniture in my house decorated this way, I like carefully selected pieces that make a big statement – like this refurbished jewelry armoire from Beth at Two Tiny Towheads. I’m wondering if you can tell me why I like it so much? If you’ve read this blog for awhile, then you’ll know. And yes, I meant to sound like a preschool teacher. I’m done lecturing, but would instead like to invite you to make one for yourself. Or me. Either one will do!

Blogger who loves the color blue and sock monkeys. You can find me in public easily— I'm wearing glasses and lots of stripes.

Cool!
I’m working on one these at the moment (ok, I’ve spray painted it…trying to decide what’s next), so thanks for the inspiration!
Love it! I want to make one now.
It’s the polka dots. Duh! Super cute too.

Miss Amy! Miss Amy! It’s ’cause it’s got spots, right?! Miss Amy LOVES spots!
AND the stripes!!!!! And it has a cute blue in there… Love it also!!!
Amy Lou, you LOVE it because it is covered with polka dots and stripes…. you two favorite things!
This is SO cute!! I wonder if my Mom would be offended if I did this to my jewelry armoir …….it was a gift from her.
I’ve bought my first Mod Podge this week… 16 oz!! I’m really happy, but… i’d be more if someone can help me with a question. Which kind of paper is better for doing things like this that you show us? Does someone knows any page for buying it?
THAAAANKSS!!
YAY!! You all guessed it!! Polkie dots and stripes.
Ccoffey – perhaps ask for forgiveness later? I’m not sure. Depends on the mamma I think!
Panic – I like thicker scrapbook papers for doing these type of projects (they don’t wrinkle as easily). I purchase papers from Two Peas and Scrapbook.com. Google them – they are awesome!
This is SWEET!! The colors are so cool…I’m working up the nerve to do something along these lines with my daughter’s armoire…but I’m scared to do anything permanent! LOL.
Love,
C:)
Thanks Amy for featuring me today! What a great day! You are a fun inspiration!
MBC…The best thing about Mod Podge is that you can always cover over it, take it off, redo…just about anything! Such fun stuff!
you love it because it is covered in polka dots!!I love it because it is AWESOME!!
