Mod Podge frame art with glitter.

I had spotted these same frames at the store that Melissa from 100 Billion Stars used on the project above, but I typically don’t go for black items. Dumb me. I absolutely love black with bright colors, and I was reminded of this when I first saw Melissa’s frame art.  The frames are tiny, but after decoupaging a few you could make them part of a larger frame “wall installation,” or you could use them for place cards or party favors as Melissa suggests. But you can’t forget the glitter letters, because if you do, your project will fall apart when you aren’t looking. Kidding – or am I? Visit Melissa’s tutorial here.
