I have big feet, and so when I saw these cute, dainty boots it made me smile. But that is Cathie Filian for you! She’s very cute, and she’s also a fabulous Mod Podger. Cathie is one of the reasons I got started on this crazy Mod Podging journey, and why I’m here with you today. She could tell you stories about Mod Podge Rocks . . . it looked TERRIBLE when I first started! I wish I had a screenshot. You would laugh.
