Wallpapered and decoupaged chairs

I know so many of you love vintage, and that means you will like Mitzi’s Collectibles. Mitzi is pretty much a decoupage expert, and has Mod Podged surfaces from mirrors to hat boxes. This time she does some vintage wallpaper on chairs, and I especially love the patchwork. I’m into patchwork right now, and I wish I could crochet to make some patchwork granny square stuff. But me and crochet is another story. Visit Mitzi here to read about her technique, and check out the pots she did too. Mitzi is a Mod Podging fool! In a very good way.

Oh, I love the chair idea and I have an old chair down in my basement. I was wanting to do something with it, now I know what that will be. Thank you so much. I’m trying to make the most of these next few weeks before I start school again.

These are sooooo cute! I could totally see myself doing something like this to my dining room chairs. I always wanted padded chairs, for the extra pop of color and pattern it added, not for the actual padding, and I really hate tie on cushions. So this is perfect! Thanks for sharing. :)

    these chairs look FANTASTIC!

hubbin and i have been talking about opening a shop and using something specific for our outdoor sign – how well does Mod Podge hold up to the elements? (we’d put it outside on nice days, but of course it would get rained on if we didn’t pull it in quickly enough!)

Nice chairs! Thank you for visiting my blog and commenting. When I saw your blog name, I realized I spelled Mod Podge incorrectly. I had it as Mod Podge and then changed it to Modge Podge and forgot to go check!!! Told you I was having a Forrest Gump day!
