Nitsa did a photo transfer mixed media piece using Mod Podge, and her technique is so easy that even a beginning crafter/Podger can do it too. This I need to know! I have heard of using mod podge for a transfer method.Now thanks to you I might accomplish this…that is if it is easy as it sounds.
