Emily from Red Bird Crafts makes some Uh-mazing story stones and story cards for her children. My first thought when I saw this was how they are not only great for every day, but how they could be altered for holidays. What a fun little Christmas stone village you could assemble!
If you have children home during holiday vacation (approaching so quickly), consider using fabric scraps, rocks, cereal boxes, paper scraps and whatever else you have laying around to mimic Emily’s story cards and stones. Her story cards are here and her story stones are here, here and here. Cute gift for grandparents, anyone?
Don’t forget to visit my friend Happy Hooligans for her story stones; kids will love her version with pretty cutouts and pictures!
