My pal Cathie of Creative Juice is one of the most wonderful Mod Podgers ever, and was one of my inspirations for starting this blog. She has put together some very wonderful New Year’s Eve projects that I wanted to share. I mean, you really need a tiara for your party. . . don’t you think?
