I saw this project featured on Jennifer Johner’s The Little Things and there was no question that I had to post it. To answer the question, no – you absolutely can’t have too many owls. At least in my humble opinion. Owls are smart and . . . smart.
Jennifer completed this project with a canvas, papers, Mod Podge and some other embellishments. She used a digital kit, which I’ve never done before, but I’ll let her tell you more about it here. She says it’s easy, and I believe her. Go check it out!

Blogger who loves the color blue and sock monkeys. You can find me in public easily— I'm wearing glasses and lots of stripes.

You are right… there is no such thing as too many owls! It’s not possible!
Thanks for sharing!!!
Smart minds think alike…I have been painting/modgepodging owls lately!
So cute! Here is a link to one I sold on Etsy. The crooked smile was just an accident of paper placement. Mod Podge & scrap paper as well!

Too cute! I left you a little shout out on my blog!
I love your blog!! I just started blogging and I just started to hone in on my crafty side. So far Mod Podge has been my best friend. Thanks for all the many wonderful ideas.

I love owls too and her way of making this was way cool and I think will be easy. I must try one myself.
I (heart) owls, too! I was so excited that my girls’ preschool teacher collects owls; now I can make fun projects for her as gifts. This canvas would be a great holiday present!
Thanks everyone! I actually have an owl tattoo. I love it! Check out my Flickr (astar328) to see it.
Okay, I totally thought of you when I was trolling another blog and ran acrossed a link for an etsy shop that has a TON of owls. You’ve probably already seen it, but if not its aprilfoss.etsy.com
